Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Ardmore, Oklahoma hereinafter referred as the City, and the Ardmore Public Works Authority, an Authority of the City, and hereinafter referred as the Authority for a qualified Contractor(s) to provide household hazardous waste (HHW) collection services, to include all labor, materials and equipment for the Public Utilities department, through 2:00 P.M. on Monday, February 10, 2025.  The proposals will be opened and tabulated in the Purchasing Dept., City Hall, at that time.  Proposals will be delivered to Sherrill Shaw, Purchasing Coordinator in the Purchasing Department, 23 South Washington, or mailed to P.O. Box 249, Ardmore, OK  73402.

Proposals are tentatively scheduled for consideration by the City Commission and the Authority on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Commission/Authority Chambers on the third floor of City Hall.

No proposal may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time of receipt of the proposals.
The City of Ardmore/Authority reserves the right to change dates the proposal will be considered, reject any or all proposals, waive all formalities and to accept that deemed most advantageous for value received.
