San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking applications from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Hotel/Motel Bridge Housing services for clients in the process of being housed in permanent supportive housing, for clients with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders waiting for a treatment bed to become available, or for short-term care for those with a mental health or medical condition requiring shelter. The Contract period will be for 26 months beginning on May 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027 with optional two 1-year extensions. Currently, the projected allocation for this (service/program) is aggregate funding of $850,815 annually or $1,808,190 for the 26-month period.
