Synopsis:
|
|
In reference to Request for Proposals (RFP) 8821 Hotel/Motel Accommodations, the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) and the Ministry of Social Services (SS) intends to extend service agreements for the provision of hotel/motel accommodations for vulnerable individuals and families with the following two suppliers:
• Travelodge Suites Eastgate located in Regina, Saskatchewan; and
• Country Inn and Suites located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
GOS intends to extend the agreement for a period of two months with an option to extend for an additional one-month to allow for the following:
• An initial pilot evaluation to be completed;
• To allow emergency shelter services to continue uninterrupted; and
• To allow GOS to develop a new RFP for these services.
Industry should be aware that an RFP for these services is being developed for public posting.
