Hotel Lodging/Meals/Conference Space for Training ...

We are seeking bids from hotels ONLY with on-site conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms. Bids must be submitted in eVA. Bids must include hotel name, address, contact information for the on-site contact person and cost for items requested. You are also encouraged to upload a separate document with bid details into eVA. CASC is seeking bids for hotel rooms for two (2) nights (12/1/2027 and 12/2/2027), conference rooms for three (3) days (12/1-3/2027), beverage & refreshments breaks, dinner (on 12/1/2027), hot breakfast (on 12/2/2027 and 12/3/2027), lunch (12/3/2027), complementary wi-fi, parking, and no charge to outside audiovisual vendor, for a training class December 1-3, 2027, in Blacksburg, VA for approximately 125-160 attendees/staff. Itâs preferred that the venue have pedestrian access to shops, restaurants, recreation activities, and services. See eVA item list and below for more details.
