Hot Mixed Asphalt Concrete

Washington County, Oregon is requesting sealed bids for a Hot Mixed Asphalt Concrete requirements contract for the Department of Land Use and Transportation, Operations Division. This will be a 5 year contract with an estimated expenditure of $5,000,000.00 total. The County intends to issue primary and secondary contracts to qualified candidates. Quantities listed are estimates only and are listed for bid comparisons. Actual quantities will vary depending on work programs and scheduled activities.

Escalation/De-Escalation language will be included in the contract in case the selected vendors cannot hold their price for the length of the contract.

Washington County is a political subdivision of the State of Oregon. It is located west of Portland, Oregon and extends to the coastal mountains. The County seat of government and major facilities are located in Hillsboro, Oregon, approximately 20 miles from downtown Portland.
