2026 Hot Mix Asphalt Supply

The Village of Streamwood is seeking material proposals for furnishing Hot Mix Asphalt supply to be picked up by Village of Streamwood trucks at an Illinois Department of Transportation approved asphalt plant using Motor Fuel Tax funds.  Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm on April 7, 2026 at 565 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL  60107.  Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws.

The scope includes the following pay items for asphalt supply only:  8,500 Tons HMA Surface and 500 Tons HMA Binder.

IDOT HMA Plant Mix prequalification is a prerequisite for issuance of any proposal forms.  Specifications will be available beginning March 24, 2026.
