The City of Mattoon is accepting bids for hot mix asphalt of Section 26-00000-02-GM. All questions concerning the contract are due no later than April 14, 2026, at 12:00 pm (Noon). Proposals shall be submitted on bid documents that are available to you. Sealed bids labeled “2026 Hot Mix Asphalt” are due by 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 to the City Clerk’s office at 208 North 19th Street, Mattoon, Illinois 61938. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
