April 8th, 2025, to the City Clerk’s office at 208 North 19th Street, Mattoon, Illinois 61938. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals
