Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Valves and Springs. The required items are for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.

The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 326220. The SBA size standard is 800 employees. The Product Service Code is 4720.

This requirement is solicited as unrestricted. The required items must be a brand name product particular to Eaton Aeroquip, who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The brand name items required must be procured from the OEM or its authorized distributor. No other manufacturer will be considered. The required delivery date for this acquisition is 15-Feb-2025. This announcement will close on 11-Dec-2024 at 12:00pm Noon, EST.

The solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov.

Award will be made for the technically acceptable item or combination of technically acceptable items that result in the lowest aggregate price to the Government. Quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days (at minimum).

Complete Block 17a (page 1). Complete Blocks 30a – 30c (page 1). Fill in unit price & amount (page 3). Annotate delivery lead time and freight (if applicable). Applicable freight must be specific, as the government will not pay more than the amount quoted/cited in the resulting contract.

2. Contractor Technical Certification (Attachment A).

Mark specifications for CLIN 0001 & CLIN 0002 “yes” or “no”. Initial and date Attachment A. Technical documentation: provide a technical description of the supplies being offered (i.e., item specifications, manuals, catalogs, photographs/brochures, etc.).
