The Concessionaire agrees to pay the Kentucky Horse Park a commission based on gross sales per ride. This includes all fees (excludes taxes and the cost of repair due to renter negligence).
The commission to be paid to the Kentucky Horse Park shall be entered in the pricing section of the online bid. Percentages cannot be entered in that field, so vendors shall enter their percentage as a whole number, i.e., 25.00 for 25%.

All special events must be approved by the Executive Director in writing.
