Summary:	Replace the existing metal roof and metal siding with fiberglass reinforced plastic panels. Employ a crossflow ventilation system to purge caustic air and upgrade electrical system to support a future, fourth belt press. Upgrade the filtrate line from 12-inch to 16-inch line to accommodate fourth belt press filtrate.
