The City of Phoenix Water Services Department (WSD) is seeking a Contractor to provide Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) Inspections and Vertical Fall Protection System (VFPS) Inspections and potential repairs at various WSD facilities. Contractor(s) must provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and transportation to conduct inspections and repair of various sized Horizontal Lifelines (HLL) and Vertical Fall Protection Systems (VFPS).
