Located at the Midshore II Regional Solid Waste Facility (Midshore II RSWF) 12236 River Road, Ridgely, Caroline County, MD 21660.
NOTE:
MES will only accept Electronic Bids on
MES Procurement Portal

). Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted. Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date. Bidders may follow-up with the procurement department

to determine if their Bids were received on time.
Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.
Bids will be opened electronically in public at the date and time specified in the solicitation. Bidders can attend the bid opening though the shared link provided in this solicitation.
The Bid Tabulation shall be posted on

within 48 hours from the bid opening.
