Description
DEEP is looking for a contractor to replace all partitions and supporting hardware throughout the entire Hopeville Pond State Park campground bathhouse (5 regular stalls, 4 ADA stalls, two urinals). The layout of these stalls shall be based on existing toilets/fixtures, but exact wall placement/stall dimensions to be designed/presented by contractor and agreed upon by DEEP. Replace a total of 6 regular and 2 ADA showers stalls, partitions, and associated fixtures (shower heads, trim kits) all existing plumbing to remain in place. All materials to be replaced in like kind and shall meet DEEP agency standards (information provided on separate document with approved product brands outlined within the "specialties" section). Contractor and DEEP to discuss and agree upon product selection, color, and other pertinent details. Restroom and shower stalls shall be completely ready for public use upon contractors' completion of project.
