Work items include, but are not limited to, providing new concrete slab & equipment pads in the basement, relocation of existing mechanical equipment and provide fireproofing at penetrations in the stairwells. Disconnection and reconnection of existing mechanical equipment, modify existing hydronic lines and existing ductwork. Raising existing receptacles, disconnect and reconnect existing mechanical equipment and add emergency lighting. Disconnect and reconnect existing equipment, remove existing sanitary drain, installation of new sanitary line.
