Project Description: The scope of work for this project includes intersection improvements along Honoapiilani Highway at Hinau Street, Papalaua Street, Lahainaluna Road, Dickenson Street, and Shaw Street. Work includes installation of new traffic signal systems, including new service connections; installation and maintenance of best management practices; road restoration and repairs, including sidewalk/curb ramp reconstruction and resurfacing within established rights-of-way; utility relocation as required; signing and pavement markings; and traffic control.
