Bid Synopsis:	* REBID (Previously issued as part of RFB# CN-10280 Dairy Equipment for Waupun Dairy) The Department of Corrections (DOC) requests Bids for the purchase of a Homogenizer for the Waupun State Dairy on behalf of the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE) and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for the delivery of equipment, and training. The Waupun State Dairy produces 1,550,000 gallons of skim milk in 5 gallon and half-pint containers and ice cream and sherbet in individual serving containers annually. The dairy also sells the cream available as a by-product from the production of the skim milk it sells to customers.
