Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (formerly d/b/a San Antonio Housing Authority (“SAHA”) hereby invites qualified independent Contractors to submit bids for the demolition of the Homestead Apartments complex located at 5800 Medina Base Road, San Antonio, Texas. The project involves the complete demolition and removal of all existing structures, including apartment buildings, foundations, and associated structures, leaving the site as an empty lot ready for future development.
