oversight, coordination, and financial management of the VAWA Emergency Transfers for the
Philadelphia Continuum of Care (CoC). The selected Applicant will ensure timely delivery of
allowable activities to eligible individuals seeking an emergency transfer through a referral
system with housing providers.
