The Office of Homeless Services (OHS) is seeking for profit or not for profit providers who can add 5-25 winter beds in an existing or new location to support the City's Winter Initiative. The Winter Initiative provides additional shelter beds for people experiencing homelessness who are sleeping outdoors. Winter Initiative operates from December 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025.
