Homelessness Policy and Planning Strategic Advisory Services

Seminole County intends to award a sole-source procurement to Ronald L. Book, P.A for homelessness policy and planning strategic advisory services.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the services described in the justification section of the project documents should respond to this Sole Source by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “project documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”. If applicable, upload documentation to support your position.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.
