Background

Baltimore County Department of Health, Bureau of Behavioral Health/Local Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a qualified non-profit vendor to operate a comprehensive outreach program for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and have a behavioral health diagnosis. The purpose of the program is to link individuals with appropriate behavioral health services with the goal of reaching self-sufficiency and obtaining permanent housing.
