HOME REPAIR ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Colerain Township is soliciting proposals for a Home Repair Assistance Program pilot until November 14, 2025. The purpose of this request is to identify and engage a qualified organization or firm to implement a Home Repair Assistance Program pilot on behalf of Colerain Township. The selected partner will be responsible for coordinating and delivering essential home repairs to approx. 5-10 owner-occupied homes within the township, with a focus on improving health, safety, accessibility, and habitability for low-income, elderly, and disabled residents.
