1- Siding

Preparation:

1. Remove existing siding.
2. Remove Trim round windows.
3. Remove the Slider in the living room and prepare for closure. (Insulate, Stud. Sheath, etc.)

Installation:

1. Install new sheathing with some R-value.
2. Insulate as best as possible from the outside.
3. Install new vinyl siding.
4. Workmanship to meet ADA Compliant/NYS Building Code requirements

2- Window replacements

Preparation:

1. Remove all existing windows, except bedroom window. Bedroom window is being addressed by Weatherization.
2. Remove Trim.

Installation:

1. Install 8 new double-hung construction windows. Modify the rough window opening to fit standard window sizes. Install the windows before siding installation.
2. Workmanship to meet ADA Compliant/NYS Building Code requirements.

3- Stairs/Safety/Egress

Preparation:

1. Remove the sliding door in the living room.

1. Fill in the slider area with studs, drywall, and exterior siding.
2. Remove existing decking and replace it with a wooden ramp 40” wide

Installation:

1. Workmanship and installation to meet ADA Compliant/NYS Building Code requirements
