Project Description: Montgomery County Office of Aging Services (OAS) procures Home Delivered Meal (HDM) services to support older adults, aged 60 and over, in their home by providing nutritious meals to homebound individuals. Meals provided improve their health, quality of life, and assist in maintaining independence in the community as long as possible. These services are targeted at the neediest older adults in Montgomery County who are homebound and unable to procure or prepare their owns meals and no informal support exists to meet that need.
