TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following questions were submitted by potential bidders. Our answers are listed
below in red:
1. If I am reading this correctly, are we to simply complete the score cord and
provide the documents asked within it? Please review the RFP document,
section XI. Proposal Submission
2. Do we have to put these on 2 usb drives and mail them? The Excel files
(scorecard) must be submitted on two (2) separate USB devices and submitted with
your proposal. Hard copy proposals AND completed Excel file (digital format)
must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Tuesday, March 31, 2026,
at Shelby County Government Purchasing Department, 160 N. Main Street, 5th
Floor, Memphis, TN 38103.
3. Are we submitting the response sheet and application to you? This information
must be submitted with your proposal. Hard copy proposals AND completed
Excel file (digital format) must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. (CST) on
Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Shelby County Government Purchasing
Department, 160 N. Main Street, 5th Floor, Memphis, TN 38103.
4. In regards to the customary rates, am I giving my current rates per public and
then a discounted rate to you all? You are to give your usual and customary rate
and the rate you propose to charge us (Shelby County Government).
5. This proposal is looking more like the document submission type vs the essay
proposal type - am I wrong? Please review section XI. Proposal Submission
6. Where do I need to submit my bid for the Home and Community Based services?
Proposals/Bids for the Home and Community Based Services are due no later
than 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Shelby County
Government Purchasing Department, 160 N. Main Street, 5th Floor, Memphis, TN
38103.
