The Department of Developmental Services (DDS or the Department) is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders for a Home-Based Residential Supports (HBRS) Pilot. The purpose of the Pilot is to support innovative alternative approaches to 24/7 residential services. The Department intends to fund two (2) programs under this specific RFR. Each program will work with 4-5 individuals who are supported by their loved ones in the family home as an alternative to a placement in a 24/7 group home.
