CITY OF LAWRENCE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Lawrence, Office of Planning & Development through the Community Development Department is seeking proposals for the use of HOME-ARP funds for the specific purpose of funding the following activities: supportive services, acquisition and development of affordable rental housing and acquisition and development of non-congregate shelter.

Sealed proposals, marked SEALED PROPOSAL- HOME-ARP will be received until 2:00 p.m. August 5, 2025 at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be recorded.
