CITY OF LAWRENCE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Lawrence, Office of Planning & Development through the Community Development Department is seeking proposals for the use of HOME-ARP funds for the specific purpose of funding the following activities: acquisition and development of affordable rental housing and acquisition and development of non-congregate shelter.
Sealed proposals, marked SEALED PROPOSAL- HOME-ARP will be received until 11:00 a.m. January 30, 2026 at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be recorded.
RFP documents can be downloaded at https://www.cityoflawrence.com/Bids.aspx at 9:00 a.m. on January 5, 2026.
