Holyoake Rd. Improvements and Leclaire Park Retaining Wall Reconstruction

Sealed proposals for the “Holyoake Road Improvements and Leclaire Park Retaining Wall Reconstruction” project will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025 until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Monday, April 27th, 2026.  Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 2:00 PM prevailing time on Monday, April 27th, 2026 at the Office of the City Clerk. Plans and proposal forms will be available online by visiting the City of Edwardsville website at https://www.cityofedwardsville.com/bids.aspx Prequalification by the Illinois Department of Transportation is required. The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILSC 130/1-12). Upon award, the successful bidder shall be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement with the Southwestern Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council, as specified in the proposal.
