PROJECT INFORMATION
A. Notice to Bidders: Prequalified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document.  Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders.   Regulatory Requirements: Local laws and regulations shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids.

B. Project Identification: Holladay City Hall Remodel - 4580 South 2300 East, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
City of Holladay Representative: Joe Bolton.   Architect: Process Studio PLLC - Contact Dwight Yee.

E. Project Description:
Project consists of remodel of existing building.  Project cost range is anticipated to be under 10 million dollars.

F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work. General Contract (all trades).

PRE-QUALIFICATION
A. Owner will issue Prequalification Request.
1. Date for Prequalification Request: October 29, 2025.

B. Prequalification Meeting: A Prequalification meeting (mandatory) for all bidders will be held at 4580 South 2300 East, Holladay, Utah 84117 on November 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM, local time.

C. Drawing Release: Plans and specifications will be issued to Prequalified Bidders on November 6, 2025, after prequalification meeting.
1. All qualification questions to be submitted to Jared Bunch via email at JBunch@holladayUT.gov by November 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM, local time.

E. Notice of Prequalification selection: December 9, 2025.
F. Issue Bid Documents to Prequalified Bidders: December 17, 2025.

Construction Documents
1. All bid questions to be submitted to Jared Bunch via email at JBunch@holladayUT.gov to
be submitted by January 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM, local time.

BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING
A. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.
Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner,
and delivered as follows:
1. Bid Date: January 21, 2026.
2. Bid Time: 2:00 PM, local time.
3. Location: Holiday City Hall, 4580 South 2300 East, Holiday, Utah 84117
B. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
1.4
BID SECURITY
A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No
bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to
reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
1.5
PREBID MEETING
A. Prebid Meeting: See Document 00 2513 "Prebid Meetings."
B. Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting (optional) for all bidders will be held at 4580 South 2300 East,
Holiday, Utah 84117 on December 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM, local time. Prospective prime bidders
optional to attend.

DOCUMENTS
A. Online Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain access after November 6, 2025, by
contacting Owner. Online access will be provided to all registered bidders and suppliers.
1.7
TIME OF COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES
A. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete
the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages.
1. Substantial Completion: August 28, 2027.
1.8
BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS
A. Bidders must be prequalified by Owner.
B. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able
to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond in a form acceptable
to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.

A. This Advertisement for Bids document is issued by City of Holladay via UP3.
