The Village of Lisle (“Village”) seeks to enter into a contract (“Contract”) with a qualified individual(s) or firm(s) (“Consultant”) to perform Holiday Lighting & Decorating services (collectively referred to herein as (“Services”) as described in detail in this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”).
