The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking to establish a multi-year agreement with a qualified and professional Holiday Lighting service provider for end-of-year holiday lighting arrangements at the Civic Arts Plaza.
The City of Thousand Oaks is located in eastern Ventura County and consists of 56 square miles. The City population is approximately 122,000.
