Holiday Light Exhibit Services - Henry Vilas Zoo

The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal according to the specifications set forth within this document.

The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract or issue a purchase order for the product(s) and/or service(s) stated: Holiday Light Exhibit Services at the Henry Vilas Zoo .

The Dane County Purchasing Division is the sole point of contact for questions and issues that may arise during the RFP process.

Mandatory Vendor Conference

• Vendors are required to attend the mandatory vendor conference in order to submit a proposal.
  • Proposals submitted by any vendor that is not represented at the mandatory vendor conference will be rejected.
• March 31, 2025 at 10:00am (CST)
• Meet at the Main Gate on the North Side of the Zoo.
