The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and expertise as required to supply, install and remove Holiday Decorations for the holiday season, starting early to mid-November through January of each year. Bidders are invited to submit demonstrated competence and qualifications of their firm for providing these services. The information contained within this document is intended to provide interested firms with the requirements and criteria that will be used to make the selection.
