The Hoke County, NC Board of Commissioners seeks qualified vendors to submit sealed bids for a sole source Furniture Fixtures and Equipment Contract for the new Hoke County Justice Center. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Bids can be hand-delivered or mailed to:

PUBLIC BID OPENING:

Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same, and be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond or certified check made payable to the Hoke County, NC. Bids are to be received on or before 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the offices of the Hoke County Board of Commissioners, 227 North Main Street, Raeford, NC.

Bids will be publicly opened and read on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Board of Commission Boardroom at the address indicated above. The contract award is anticipated to be executed on or before Monday, December 22, 2025.

The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any defect in any or all bids, to accept the bid or part it deems to be the lowest and best. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Sealed Bid for Hoke County Justice Center, Furniture Fixtures and Equipment” No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after being publicly opened and read.
