The Hoke County, NC Board of Commissioners seeks qualified vendors to submit sealed bids for a sole source Audio Visual System Contract including system hardware, software, installation and support in the new Hoke County Justice Center. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m. EST on Monday, January 5, 2026. Bids can be hand-delivered or mailed to:

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. (EST) to conduct a walk-through of the Hoke County Justice Center located directly across the street from the Hoke County NC Board Offices at the address indicated above. The walk-through will be in an active construction site. Bidders are to wear closed toe shoes, long pants and long sleave shirts. Hard hats, vests, jackets and protective eye wear are to be provided.
PUBLIC BID OPENING:
Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same, and be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond or certified check made payable to the Hoke County, NC. Bids are to be received on or before Monday, January 5, 2026, at 11 a.m. EST at the offices of the Hoke County Board of Commissioners, 227 North Main Street, Raeford, NC.
Bids will be publicly opened and read on Monday January 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST in the Board of Commission Boardroom at the address indicated above. The contract award is anticipated to be executed on or before Monday January 19, 2026.
The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any defect in any or all bids, to accept the bid or part it deems to be the lowest and best. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Sealed Bid for Hoke County Justice Center Court Audio Visual Systems” No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after being publicly opened and read.
