INVITATION FOR BIDS

NOTICE is hereby given that the CITY OF FLOWOOD, MS will receive written sealed bids until

the hour of 11:00 AM on February 27, 2026 at the office of Flowood City Hall located at 2101

Airport Road, Flowood, MS 39232. Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.

Sealed bids are for the furnishing of all labor and materials and for the construction of that certain

project designated as:

HOGG CREEK PUMP STATION

REHABILITATION

Drawings and Specifications being on file at the office of Flowood City Hall located at 2101

Airport Road Flowood, MS 39232.

The project consists of construction of: rehabilitation of the Hogg Creek Pump Station

located at 5659 Lakeland Drive, Flowood, MS and all related appurtenances shown on the Bid

Form.

A non-mandatory inspection trip for prospective BIDDERS is scheduled as follows:

10:00 AM, February 18, 2026

at Hogg Creek Pump Station at 5659 Lakeland Drive, Flowood, MS

The total Contract Time will be 180 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will

be $600.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter.

Copies of the plans and specifications, together with contract documents, may be obtained from the

office of H1 Services, LLC by contacting JimHust@ATT.net, upon payment of $100 for each set,

none of which is refundable.

Award will be made to the lowest and best bidder and the CITY OF FLOWOOD reserves

the right to reject any and all bids.
