Hoffman NVG Tester Goggle Power Adapters

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, assupplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. Thisannouncement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) toprovide a quantity of two Fido X4 Explosive Trace Detectors as well as accesories at Sheppard AFB TX. The 82d ContractingSquadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

Notice to Off eror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this eff ort. No award will be made under thissolicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or aft erthe closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse anoff eror for any costs.

The applicable NAICS code is 334419, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a total setaside for small business concerns.

The solicitation number is FA302025Q0022 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for theRFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, F3V5B15022AW01, and all amendments to the solicitation areobtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
