Hobart Prosurance Kitchen Support Agreement

The Minnesota Department of Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) intends to enter into an agreement with Hobart Services for a term of up to thirty-six (36) months to provide Prosurance kitchen services and support at the Moose Lake Minnesota Sex Offenders Program facility. The agreement will cover preventive maintenance, repairs, parts, labor, travel, and 24/7/365 emergency response, within 4 hours of notification, for all kitchen equipment at the Moose Lake facility.

DHS has determined that Hobart is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source purchase because Hobart Prosurance is solely distributed and supported by Hobart Services and is not available from other third parties.
