Project Description: A. The work will consist of providing construction-related supplies or building
improvements with a construction cost of $63,589.00 or less.
B. The location of the work is:
734 W 1355 S, SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84104
C. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities,
services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally
includes, but is not limited to, the following: Build new entry way consisting of ramp,
deck, and trellis, replace door, remove current window and replace with sliding glass
door, and signage.
