Project Description: The project includes the following work: Work on non-load bearing walls, ceiling suspended medical equipment, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers, and architectural finishes in the following locations of the Harborview Medical Center. Construction access will be through the west exterior wall and the scope includes removal and reinstallation of a break-out CMU and brick exterior wall section. Angio A1 (Level 1, located within the Emergency Department): 1,000 sf interior tenant improvement to remodel imaging room, control room, and equipment room.

Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 6:30 am on February 18th at 325 9th Ave. Seattle, WA 98104. Access to the project site is restricted. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the Project site.
