1.1 Bidder Minimum Qualifications
The Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications:
A. The Bidder shall have two (2) years of experience providing lawn maintenance care. Required Documentation: The Bidder shall provide references or documentation that collectively attest to the Bidder’s required two (2) years of experience in providing lawn maintenance care.
B. The Bidder shall provide with its Bid "Attachment E Reference Checks" with three or more references filled out. Note: Any negative responses received may result in disqualification of the bid.
C. The type of equipment required to accomplish this IFB is self-propelled walk/ride mowers, i.e. Zero turn/Gravely or equivalent type mowers with a cut radius of 40 to 60 inches used for mowing. Trimming equipment can consist of push mowers, weed eaters/hand trimmers.
D. The successful bidder shall have liability insurance. Proof of contractor’s liability insurance must be supplied with the bid packet.
E. The successful Bidder shall supply a monitored phone number(s) to contact for service.
F. The successful bidder must have a competent employee to act as the contact on sight with the MDOT SHA authorized representative
