Historic Restoration General Contractor Services

Project Description: The Tallahassee Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting proposals from general contractors that have extensive experience with historic buildings restoration, to coordinate and perform restoration and reconstruction of the historic building located at 2021 Holton Street, Tallahassee, Florida, as outlined in this RFP.
The Contractor shall provide interior and exterior selective demolition, masonry repairs/construction, structural framing and reconstruction of the roof system, door and window restoration/ replacement, floodproofing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. All work must be performed with a focus on protecting and preserving the historic integrity of the structure, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local guidelines for historic properties.
