Description
Project Description: The Town of Hilton Head Island is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and properly licensed contractors to construct planned improvements for the Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park. This includes removing and replacing the existing parking lot with new paved drive isles, pervious paver parking stalls and stormwater management infrastructure.
