Historic Barn Stabilization, Bush Hill Farm

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Concord Township for Historic Barn Stabilization, Bush Hill Farm until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 8th day of May 2025, at which time and place they will be opened and bid results posted. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
The project is for the installation and repair of wooden beams, sheeting, siding, and appurtenant work.
There will be an optional pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 9:00am.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
