HIP Labs McLane Hall Chemistry Rooms 242 and 247

The Trustees of the California State University will receive sealed bid proposals in the Joyal Administration Building, Room 161, located at 5150 N. Maple Avenue, for the furnishing of all labor and materials for construction of the above-named Project, Project Number 198780607, for the California State University, Fresno. Proposals will be received in the above-mentioned room until 2:00 p.m. on May 1, 2025, in accordance with the contract documents, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read.
In general, the project consists of the renovation of McLane Hall Chemistry Rooms 242 and 247.

The work included shall consist of all construction and services involving work related to:
1. Demolition
2. Abatement
3. Plumbing
4. Electrical Upgrade
5. Air handling units for Chemistry Labs
6. Lighting
7. Casework
8. Painting
9. Flooring
10. Tinting Glazing
11. Fire Alarm System

Project duration will be 208 calendar days, from May 19, 2025 through December 12, 2025. Project shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by HED Design as outlined in the bid documents and Contract General Conditions. The construction estimate for the project is $1,100,000.00.
