2025 Hino L7-253 Medium Duty Truck

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of One (1) brand Hino L7-253 Medium-duty Truck with a 24’ 6” x 8’ 6” x 8’ Collins dry van body, and a Maxon GPT-4 galvanized tukaway system, or acceptable substitution, for the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) Central Office (CO) located at 103 Aspen Place, Saskatoon, SK. S7N 1K4.

Notes:

• Substitutions will only be accepted if all specifications are the same or similar to those indicated in this RFQ. Bidders must do their due diligence to provide a comparable alternative/substitution.
• The vehicle can be a brand new 2024, 2025, or 2026 model.
• The vehicle can be currently on the lot, or factory ordered to spec.

Key Requirements

Acceptable Colours:

• Any standard colour is acceptable. Preferred options: Silver, Black, White.

Truck Body Requirements:

• Interior box height: Minimum 96 inches (8 feet) clearance, 108 inches (9 feet) preferred.
• Hydraulic lift gate: Minimum 3,000 lb capacity, ideally tuck-away style for better ground clearance and loading dock compatibility.
• E-track or logistics posts on walls for securing slot machines during transport.
• Non-slip floor or textured surface to prevent load shift.
• Interior lighting in box for loading/unloading in low light conditions.

Additional Notes:

• Automatic transmission preferred.
• Air ride suspension for smoother transport of delicate equipment.
