Hingham Fire Station #3 Re-Roofing Project: Filed Sub-Bidders

This Associated Project is for sub-bidders who have interest to respond to either of the two (2) Sub-Bidder Categories - Roofing or Painting for the Hingham Fire Station #3 Re-Roofing Project. (See Hingham Fire Station #3 Re-Roof Project IFB 3HFDRR102825).

The OpenGov System does not support two different solicitation due dates. Please submit your bid accordingly.

Anticipated Commencement Month, January 2026.

The Town of Hingham (the Owner and Awarding Authority) is accepting sealed bids related to the re-roofing of the existing Fire Station #3, located at 847 Main Street, Hingham, MA 02043.

Bids for the Work are subject to the provisions of General Laws Chapter 149, Sections 44A- 44J inclusive, as amended and Section 39M through 39R of Chapter 30 as amended. Regulations governing bidding procedure as set forth in above mentioned General Laws must be followed. In the event of any inconsistencies between any of the provisions of these Bidding Documents and of the cited statute, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the provisions of the said statute shall control.

Total Project Estimate: $350,000.00
