Description
SCDC is soliciting to procure (288) Southern Fogler Model 203FS (Full Surface) 3" x 3" metal weld on hinges with no stop (must come down 180 degrees). Other brands will be accepted if they are determined by the State to be an equal. Also needed are (100) American Model 5105 Keyed Differently Padlocks. The State is requiring the exact brand name and model number for the padlocks.
